My name is Lauren Wilkinson and I'm the owner and massage therapist at Hand & Sole Massage Studio. I have been licensed with the state of Ohio since 2009 and have a professional focus on therapeutic bodywork and our bodies natural  ability to heal itself. 

Over the past 15 years, I've worked with individuals presenting with a wide range of muscuoskeletal conditions including chronic headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica and injury related pain. My approach emphasizes assesment based treament, evidence informed techniques and individulalized care. Through these techniques I aim to support the bodies natural recovery process, improve function and promote long term wellness.
