My name is Lauren Wilkinson and I'm the owner of Hand & Sole Massage Studio. I've been a massage therapist in  the state of Ohio since 2009 and I love what I do. I've been intrigued by the human body for as long as I can remember.

I've spent the past  13 years working with people with all sorts of conditions including chronic headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica and personal injuries. I believe our bodies can do amazing things and the ability to heal itself is one but, sometimes it just needs a set of helping hands.
